BYU Family History Library Grand Reopening

Welcome Back Party June 21st, 10am to 4pm . Activities include:

  • BYU Family History Prize Wheel
  •  Family History Escape Room
    • Runs every hour
  • Discovery Center Activities*
  • Famous Relatives Bingo*
  • Famous People Activity*
  • Historical Newspapers Display*
  • RootsTech Sessions in Classroom
  • Relatives Around Me Contest (12 PM)
    •  The 2 most closely related people who don’t know each other get a prize

*Come to the desk for candy if you complete this activity

Other Announcements

  • Currently, we will not be open Sundays
  • Sunday virtual classes will continue.
  • Missionary help with family history is available Monday-Thursday 10am-8pm and Friday 10am-6pm, Mountain Time.
    • Virtual only until June 21st and then both virtually and in-person will be offered at the same times.
  • Scanning equipment may be reserved at : https://fh.lib.byu.edu/scanner-help/
  • To schedule a group visit, please contact the family history missionaries
